Solomon's Rocks are one of the most popular natural attractions near Brașov, located at the foot of the Postăvarul Massif in the Șchei district. The area is famous for its towering rock formations, the stream flowing through the valley, and the hiking trails leading to Poiana Brașov and Mount Tâmpa. According to local legend, the site is named after King Solomon of Hungary, who is said to have escaped his pursuers by leaping across the rocks on horseback. It is an ideal destination for walks, picnics, hiking, and photography.
