Pruncea Waterfall, also known as Cașoca Waterfall, is one of the most accessible natural attractions in the Podu Calului Mountains. Surrounded by dense fir and beech forests, the waterfall drops about 8 meters into a clear basin, offering a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere.
The path to the waterfall is easy to walk, making it an ideal destination for a short family outing. Local folklore connects the site to Gheorghe Ghelaş, a famous regional outlaw who reportedly used a small cave near the waterfall as his hideout.
